Business Development Representative (BDR 3)

About the role
The Business Development Representative (BDR 3) will drive growth in volume, market share and competitiveness for South African Breweries by delivering market‑driven, differentiated service across clearly identified segments.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for assigned areas and manage distributor relationships, including orders, payments and re‑distribution.
- Ensure IB products are stocked in full range at customer and retail outlets and maintain proper merchandising, POS visibility and dedicated chillers.
- Monitor product pricing, competitor actions and shelf placement to protect market position.
- Collaborate with internal departments, uphold logistics security measures and maintain responsibility for company assets such as vehicles and tools.
Required profile
- Minimum B.Sc. or HND in Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and lead a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication, punctuality and self‑discipline.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
