Trainee Manager

About the role
JAM is looking for an energetic Trainee Manager to join its team in Richards Bay, KwaZulu‑Natal. This entry‑level position offers a fast‑paced environment where you will develop leadership skills while supporting store operations and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct regular stock takes and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Support team members in delivering world‑class service to customers.
- Help maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
- Participate in sales reporting and performance tracking.
Required profile
- Matric qualification.
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
- Proven record of accurate stock taking.
- Strong leadership and results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
