Trainee Call Centre Agent – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role
Join Old Mutual's RMM team within Mass Foundation as a Trainee Call Centre Agent. You will provide front‑line client service through inbound and outbound calls, following established quality and productivity standards while receiving on‑the‑job coaching.
Key responsibilities
- Handle client queries over the phone in line with call‑centre standards.
- Escalate complex issues to senior agents.
- Provide accurate information during inbound calls and aim to resolve contacts at first point of contact.
- Develop moderate technical knowledge of products and processes.
- Work flexible hours: Monday‑Friday between 8 am–7 pm and Saturday between 8 am–1 pm.
Required profile
- Matriculation Certificate (Matric) is mandatory.
- Proof of registration for tertiary studies at the time of application.
- Strong accountability, communication, and customer‑focus mindset.
- Ability to meet goals and work under supervision.

- Microsoft Excel
- Computer literacy
