Multi Skilled Servicing Consultant

About the role

The Multi Skilled Servicing Consultant works within Old Mutual's Wealth Service Centre, handling inbound and outbound client communications, processing financial transactions and managing email correspondence. The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience while adhering to procedural, productivity and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries via telephone (inbound and outbound) and email.
• Achieve first‑contact resolution for applicable queries and transactions.
• Handle first‑level escalations and complaints.
• Manage customer expectations and provide appropriate solutions or referrals.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to management.
• Maintain teamwork to meet KPI targets and uphold professional conduct.
• Coach colleagues when needed and stay updated on regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Matric qualification with at least 3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry (degree advantageous).
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work under pressure, high attention to detail and strong customer‑care orientation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
