TLB Operator (JCB Experience Required)

About the role
The role involves safely operating a JCB Tractor Loader Backhoe (TLB) on active construction sites. You will support excavation, loading, trenching and general earth‑works to meet project requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a JCB TLB for excavation, trenching, loading and site preparation.
- Perform digging, backfilling and material handling tasks.
- Load, move and spread soil, gravel and rubble.
- Carry out daily pre‑start inspections and basic equipment checks.
- Report faults, defects or maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area around the equipment.
Required profile
- 3–5 years proven experience operating a JCB TLB (essential).
- Physically fit and able to work on construction sites.
- Strong safety awareness and responsible machine operation.
