Tile Showroom Manager

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Tile Showroom Manager to lead our Cape Town showroom. The role combines sales leadership, staff supervision and day‑to‑day operational management in a fast‑moving retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.
- Oversee stock control, merchandising and product presentation.
- Lead, train and supervise showroom staff to meet performance targets.
- Drive sales, achieve targets and maintain strong customer service standards.
- Prepare quotations, process invoicing and operate point‑of‑sale systems.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years experience in a tile, flooring or building‑materials retail showroom.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is essential.
- Proven track record in sales, customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Strong administrative and reporting abilities.
