About the role
The TES Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary employees, matching client needs with qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview and place temporary staff across multiple client accounts.
- Maintain high‑volume recruitment pipelines and meet service level agreements.
- Ensure all placements comply with relevant labour laws, company policies and client contracts.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with both clients and temporary workers.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in temporary or contract staffing recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
