About the role
This temporary position supports the sales team by managing order processing, reporting and price‑list administration. You will work closely with sales representatives, agents and the finance department to ensure accurate and timely sales data.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, sort and verify sales orders from reps/agents.
- Enter orders into the accounting system and ensure data accuracy.
- File and continuously update the order system, removing outdated entries.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, including MTD, weekly meeting, customer reviews and export sales analysis.
- Assist the debtors team with claims, provide information for audits and update price lists.
- Support invoicing, generate pro‑formas, quotes and monthly rebate reports.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office package.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
