About the role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead retail operations excellence in Johannesburg. The role combines strategic oversight, team leadership and facilities management to drive operational efficiency across our retail network.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day retail operations and ensure service standards are met.
- Lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams across multiple locations.
- Manage budgets strategically, monitor financial performance and drive cost efficiencies.
- Maintain strong contract relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance and quality.
Required profile
- At least 10 years of operational experience within retail or related sectors.
- Minimum 5 years in a regional or super‑regional management role.
- Proven team management and leadership capabilities.
- Facilities Management qualification or accreditation (preferred).
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Demonstrated contract management expertise.
- Engineering or Construction National Diploma (advantageous).
