About the role
Fidelity Services Group is looking for a diligent Teller to join its Fidelity Cash Solutions division in Edenvale. The role focuses on accurate counting, verification and processing of client cash while adhering to strict cash‑handling procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Count, verify and reconcile client funds, identifying any discrepancies according to company policy.
- Balance cash after processing and ensure records match physical cash.
- Operate specialised money‑counting machines and related equipment.
- Prepare and pack cash for ATM loading, following detailed procedures.
- Maintain high accuracy under pressure, including night shifts and overtime as required.
Required profile
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum two years of cashier or similar cash‑handling experience.
- Clear criminal record and high level of honesty.
- Ability to work night shifts and overtime.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, cash‑management software).
- Operation of money‑counting machines.
- Experience with point‑of‑sale systems.
