Telesales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to engage warm leads—primarily parents who have shown interest in our tutoring and online learning solutions. You will conduct consultative sales conversations, understand each family's educational needs, and recommend appropriate packages.

Key responsibilities

• Call warm leads and conduct consultative sales conversations.
• Present and recommend suitable tutoring or online learning packages.
• Manage the full sales pipeline, including follow‑ups, objection handling, callbacks, and deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
• Build rapport with parents and represent the company professionally.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, trainers, and quality teams to improve performance.
• Participate in coaching sessions, call reviews, role‑plays, and ongoing development.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in outbound telemarketing, telesales, or phone‑based customer conversion.
• Experience selling into the UK or US market is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong phone presence, active listening, and confidence handling objections.
• Target‑driven mindset with proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Effective time‑management, follow‑up discipline, and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team.
• Flexible, coachable, and eager to learn product details and sales approach.
