Join a dynamic automotive company specializing in electric cars and motorbikes as a Telesales and Customer Service Agent. You will handle inbound inquiries across multiple channels and support customers throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Meet or exceed customer service performance targets.
• Stay up to date with company products, policies, and procedures.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
• Proven experience in customer service or a call centre environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.
