Customer Service Graduate

About the role

An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Customer Service Division for a Graduate. Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the role focuses on the efficient receipt, transcription and processing of telephonic and other orders from internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all customer emails and telephone calls within required response times.
• Process customer orders within 24 hours to meet SLA and expectations.
• Enter all transactions accurately the first time and ensure timely product delivery.
• Prioritise daily workload to meet departmental goals and customer expectations.
• Maintain good document management and adhere to document‑control regulations.
• Develop strong, professional relationships with customers and provide proactive support.
• Respond to enquiries, manage disputes and use initiative to resolve queries promptly.
• Utilise internal systems and external portals to perform daily duties.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse teams.
• Assist in preparing data for daily, weekly and monthly management reports.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• Commercial degree or diploma.
