About the role

Yo is seeking a motivated Telesales Consultant to join its fast‑growing, award‑winning telecoms team. This fully remote position involves engaging CEOs and managing directors to pitch next‑generation, AI‑driven phone systems that modernise business communications.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage businesses to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach to generate opportunities for the field sales team.
• Pitch market‑leading, in‑house AI solutions to decision‑makers.
• Apply a solution‑led, consultative sales approach to drive customer success.
• Handle objections confidently and assertively.
• Maintain relentless energy and a competitive attitude, inspiring teammates and celebrating wins.

Required profile

• Goal‑obsessed, competitive and comfortable working under pressure.
• High energy, positive attitude and a desire to dominate targets.
• Minimum of 1 year phone‑based sales experience (preferred).
• Previous B2B outbound sales experience is a plus.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary ranging from R15,000 to R25,000 with an OTE of R60,000.
