Telesales Agent – Outbound Sales for Financial Products

About the role

We are looking for motivated Telesales Agents to join Grocorp’s outbound sales team in Durban. You will work on a local campaign selling financial products and short‑term insurance, operating in a fast‑paced call‑centre environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and promote designated financial and insurance products.
• Identify customer needs, present suitable options and guide them through the full sign‑up process.
• Accurately capture and update client information in the system.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and campaign requirements.

Required profile

• Matriculation (high school) qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in outbound telesales or a call‑centre sales environment.
• Residency in Durban.
• Strong communication, persuasion and target‑driven attitude.
