About the role
This position supports the sales team by handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and providing administrative assistance. The role is based in Johannesburg and offers a dynamic environment where you will interact directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Book meetings for the sales team and manage calendars.
- Generate new leads through outbound calls and research.
- Follow up on quotes and proposals to ensure timely responses.
- Provide general sales administration, including data entry and document preparation.
- Assist with customer communication and post‑sale follow‑ups.
Required profile
- Previous experience in telesales or sales administration.
- Strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
- Professional and confident when speaking with clients.
- Highly organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Good computer literacy and reliable presentation.
- Motivated, structured, and comfortable in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Age between 25 and 35 years.
