Telemarketing Agent - Corporate Triage Programme

About the role

Huzzle connects B2B sales professionals with global companies, including startups, digital agencies and tech platforms in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech and EdTech. It is recruiting a full-time, independent contractor Telemarketing Agent for a specialist corporate triage programme that helps company directors navigate complex financial challenges. The agent is the first point of contact, qualifying leads and matching each director with the right outcome pathway.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from company directors about their financial position
• Make outbound calls to warm leads generated through targeted marketing campaigns
• Run structured triage conversations to qualify cases and assess needs
• Document call activity, case notes and lead information in the CRM
• Schedule follow-ups and hand off cases to specialist teams
• Identify re-engagement opportunities in existing data sets
• Work with the programme lead on performance updates and process feedback
• Help manage data and lead tracking so the pipeline stays organised

Required profile

• Proven experience in telemarketing, outbound sales or a professional customer-facing phone role
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Able to follow a structured conversation framework naturally, without sounding scripted
• Self-motivated, focused on targets and quality outcomes
• Nice to have: experience in financial services, debt solutions or business support, and knowledge of corporate insolvency or business recovery terminology
