Telecaller – Seller Lead Generation & Appointments

About the role

We are recruiting a Telecaller on behalf of our client to generate seller leads and book property appraisals for the Gold Coast and surrounding areas in Australia. As the first point of contact for potential sellers, you will represent the brand professionally and turn cold calls into qualified listing opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to property owners from provided databases and lead lists.
• Identify potential sellers interested in listing their property.
• Qualify leads by understanding their selling timeline, motivation, and property details.
• Schedule property appraisals and listing appointments for the agent.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
• Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships over time.
• Achieve a monthly target of 3 successful sales (appointments that convert to listings).
• Provide daily and weekly reports on call activity and lead generation progress.

Required profile

• 1–2 years' experience in real estate cold calling and appointment setting (real estate experience is non‑negotiable).
• Proven track record of generating seller leads and booking property appraisals.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a clear, professional telephone manner.
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Experience working with a CRM system to track calls, leads, and appointments.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work Australian (Queensland) business hours from the Durban office (night shift).
• Ability to earn between R8,000 – R10,000 per month.
