Technology & Systems Lead

About the role

Our client, a leading real‑estate organization, is seeking a Technology & Systems Lead to drive the design, implementation and optimisation of their property‑technology ecosystem. The role combines strategic architecture with hands‑on oversight of data, platforms and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve business systems and solutions architecture.
• Manage data and database strategies, ensuring integrity and performance.
• Oversee property‑system platforms (e.g., MRI Software, MDA).
• Lead AI and automation development and governance.
• Produce reporting, analytics and actionable insights.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and project delivery.

Required profile

• Grade 12 plus a degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years in a technology, systems or solutions‑focused role.
• Strong understanding of databases, data structures, code review, systems integration and APIs.
• Experience managing developers, vendors or technical teams.
• Proven project‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in property, real‑estate or asset‑management environments is a plus.
