Technical Trainee – Quality

About the role

This 18‑month Technical Trainee program in Quality is designed to give recent graduates hands‑on experience in a brewery environment while immersing them in AB InBev’s culture and principles. Trainees will rotate across departments, learn equipment operation, and develop problem‑solving skills.

Key responsibilities

• Gain a full understanding of theory, principles and operation of equipment across various departments.
• Participate in projects aligned with programme requirements and brewery priorities.
• Apply VPO principles and diagnose systemic or situational problems.
• Engage in team structures, including acting leadership roles within the department.
• Communicate learnings and solutions across multiple business levels.
• Innovate with an owner mindset and collaborate with a global mindset.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science & Technology, Microbiology or equivalent.
• Maximum of 1 year full‑time formal work experience.
• Willingness to relocate during and after the programme.
• Fully proficient in English.
• Ambitious, curious, bold and resilient with a strong sense of ownership.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
