Technical Stores Receiving Clerk – Aviation

About the role

CemAir (Pty) Ltd, a South African Part 121/135 airline, is looking for a dynamic Technical Stores Receiving Clerk to join its team at the Bonaero Park facility. You will be responsible for receiving, verifying and processing incoming parts shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper storage or distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts shipments and compare them with purchase orders, packing lists and related documents.
• Inspect shipments for damage, discrepancies or quality issues and report findings.
• Maintain accurate records of received items, including descriptions, quantities and dates.
• Update inventory systems with received items and their locations.
• Prepare delivery receipts, shipping labels and related documentation.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages and assist with inventory control.
• Ensure proper storage, organization and safety compliance for all received parts.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve receiving‑related issues.

Required profile

• South African citizen with no criminal record.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Computer literate – proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal transport.
• Knowledge of stock keeping, inventory and storage control.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently without supervision.
