Technical Solutions Specialist (non IT) Safety & Security

About the role

We are seeking a senior Technical Solutions Specialist to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of integrated security and fire detection technologies for a variety of client environments. The role combines technical authority with strategic client advisory, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and technical evaluations to determine client needs.
• Design integrated security, fire detection and intrusion solutions, producing schematics, specifications and bills of quantities.
• Select appropriate technologies and products to deliver sustainable, cost‑effective solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to sales, operations and client teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Oversee installations of small to enterprise scale, driving quality control and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Act as escalation point for complex technical challenges.
• Maintain strong client relationships and evaluate emerging technologies for innovative recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience designing and installing electronic security systems.
• Advanced knowledge of integrated security technologies and project delivery.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders at operational and executive levels.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Relevant technical qualifications, industry certifications and a valid driver’s licence.
