Technical Services Manager – Polymers & Composites

About the role

The client is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead the Open and Closed Mould and Ancillaries section within a chemical manufacturing environment focused on polymers and composites. You will provide technical leadership, support customers, drive product development and champion continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Open and Closed Mould and Ancillaries operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams and external customers.
• Lead technical projects that optimise formulations and improve product performance.
• Support commercial teams with technical expertise during sales and after‑sales activities.
• Drive innovation aligned with company objectives and industry trends.

Required profile

• BSc Chemistry degree (completed).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the polymer/composites industry at a managerial level.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
