Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote, South Africa)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join our network and support a partner company based in South Africa. The role offers full remote flexibility while giving you access to global hiring opportunities across technology, engineering and business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for technical and business roles, from sourcing to placement.
• Translate client hiring needs into effective sourcing strategies and job briefs.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search and other talent‑acquisition tools.
• Conduct recruiter interviews to assess technical fit, experience and motivation.
• Coordinate interview schedules, maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Build and nurture long‑term talent pipelines and maintain candidate relationships.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to improve placement success and hiring efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within competitive tech markets.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches simultaneously and deliver high‑quality candidate submissions.
• Strong understanding of technology roles such as software engineering, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data engineering and product management.
