About the role

Huzzle is looking for a high‑caliber Technical Recruiter to join its fast‑paced, fully remote team. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, sourcing and placing top‑tier engineering and IT talent for high‑growth international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from kickoff to offer negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates using advanced sourcing, networking, and headhunting techniques.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define specialized candidate profiles and technical requirements.
• Conduct rigorous technical screenings to assess hard skills and cultural fit.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging talent pools in IT, software engineering, and SAP.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of senior‑level or 3 years of mid‑level technical recruitment experience.
• Proven track record hiring across software engineering, IT infrastructure, and ERP/SAP domains.
• Deep understanding of technical stacks, frameworks, and engineering roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high‑growth, results‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms.
• LinkedIn Recruiter and unconventional sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of SAP, DevOps, and full‑stack software engineering ecosystems.
• Data‑driven recruiting metrics and reporting.
