Technical Project Manager – Customer Onboarding & Small Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead customer onboarding initiatives and deliver multiple small‑to‑medium technology projects in a fast‑paced, Microsoft‑focused services environment. You will act as the primary liaison for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing support while maintaining rigorous PMO governance.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of customer onboarding projects, from initiation through handover to support teams.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close multiple concurrent projects, managing schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Facilitate kick‑offs, requirements workshops, and regular status meetings with internal technical resources and customer stakeholders.
• Enforce PMO standards, maintain audit‑ready documentation, and track project KPIs.
• Coordinate discovery workshops, solution deployment, user migration, security and compliance onboarding, and service transition activities.

Required profile

• Highly organised with a strong customer‑centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven experience managing technical projects in a Microsoft‑centric environment.
