Technical Project Manager (Customer Onboarding & Small Projects)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead customer onboarding initiatives and deliver multiple small‑to‑medium technology projects in a fast‑paced, Microsoft‑focused services environment. You will act as the primary liaison for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing support while maintaining rigorous PMO discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of customer onboarding projects, from initiation through handover to support teams.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close multiple concurrent projects, maintaining schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Facilitate kick‑offs, requirements workshops, and regular status meetings with internal technical resources and customer stakeholders.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and change requests through established governance processes.
• Coordinate discovery workshops, solution deployment scheduling, user migration, security and compliance onboarding, and service transition activities.
• Enforce PMO standards, maintain audit‑ready documentation, and participate in governance reviews.
• Track and report project KPIs, delivery metrics, and support continuous improvement of PMO processes.

Required profile

• Highly organised with a strong customer‑centric mindset.
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously while keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for workshops and status updates.
• Experience working in a Microsoft‑focused services or technology environment.
• Solid understanding of PMO methodologies, risk management, and change control.
