Technical Project Manager – Consent Management (Cassie)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a complex consent‑management solution built on the Cassie platform. You will coordinate multiple technical workstreams, integrate with MuleSoft APIs and downstream systems, and ensure compliance across a distributed, multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive delivery of all Cassie‑related workstreams, translating product requirements into work packages, milestones and system deliverables.
• Coordinate integration orchestration, defining event contracts, data payload structures and end‑to‑end data flows (Source → MuleSoft → Cassie → downstream systems).
• Facilitate technical workshops with product, architecture, engineering and external vendors, producing documented decisions and actionable next steps.
• Configure Cassie data models, consent categories, channel‑level mappings and policy enforcement rules to meet regulatory requirements.
• Identify and manage cross‑system dependencies, maintain risk, dependency and decision logs.
• Define and execute integration testing, UAT scenarios and consent‑propagation validation, ensuring complete audit trails.
• Serve as the single point of coordination for all Cassie‑related delivery across MuleSoft and digital engineering teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale technology projects in multinational, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and risk‑mitigation capabilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to navigate complex cross‑functional initiatives.
