Technical Installer – Customer Service & Field Installation

About the role

We are looking for a professional Technical Installer to join our team in Parklands, Cape Town. The role combines customer service excellence with hands‑on installation of a range of products across the Cape Town region and occasional travel to the Garden Route and Eastern Cape.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and schedule installations.
• Perform product installations at clients' homes, ensuring high quality and safety standards.
• Travel up to one week per month to remote locations and work extended hours when required.
• Maintain company vehicles and tools in good condition.
• Carry out on‑site repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Use installation equipment such as drills and pipe‑finders.

Required profile

• Valid Code 14/Code EC driver’s licence with 2‑3 years driving experience.
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
• 2‑3 years experience in any installation field (technology, furniture, etc.).
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work flexible hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with drills.
• Proficiency with pipe‑finders.
