Technical AWS Rehost Migration Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical AWS Rehost Migration Manager to lead mission‑critical cloud migration waves. The role will own the end‑to‑end delivery of server migrations into AWS, coordinating planning, execution and post‑migration support for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full migration lifecycle for assigned server groups, from intake to hyper‑care.
• Coordinate planning activities across infrastructure, application and business teams and secure solution design approvals.
• Develop, review and approve detailed cut‑over plans, manage dependencies and drive execution while minimising disruption.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, including AD group creation, firewall and DNS requests, and infrastructure readiness.
• Track progress against milestones, produce regular status reports and maintain risk and issue registers.
• Oversee post‑cut‑over hyper‑care activities and ensure successful migration sign‑off.

Required profile

• Proven experience in infrastructure or cloud migration projects within fast‑paced enterprise environments.
• Highly organised with strong stakeholder‑management and risk‑mitigation capabilities.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive delivery of complex migration waves.
