Technical Architect – Boutique Hospitality Projects

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong, detail‑oriented Technical Architect to join our design team focused on boutique hospitality assets across the EMEA region. The role involves translating design intent into fully coordinated, precise, and buildable documentation from RIBA Stage 3 through construction, working remotely within Central European Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage coordinated Revit models and construction documentation for high‑end hospitality projects.
• Ensure buildability, quality control, and coordination across architecture, structure, MEP, and interiors using BIM and Navisworks.
• Resolve multidisciplinary clashes and propose practical technical solutions.
• Prepare tender and construction‑stage documentation aligned with codes and specifications.
• Support façade and system detailing based on construction logic.
• Collaborate with procurement on technical specifications and materials.
• Guide BIM modelers and contribute to internal technical standards and workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 5–10 years of architectural design experience, preferably on low‑rise residential and hospitality projects such as private homes, villas, hotels, and resorts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant project work.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit, including parametric families, freeform and terrain modeling.
• Extensive BIM coordination experience using Navisworks.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Rhino and Enscape is a plus.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, materials, detailing, and multi‑disciplinary integration.
