Technical Application Support Analyst (Salesforce)

About the role

Our client is looking for a Technical Application Support Analyst with strong Salesforce expertise to provide Level 2/3 production support for enterprise applications in a banking environment. You will be responsible for incident resolution, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement of loan origination, loan management and ERP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for LOS, LMS, ERP and integrated business applications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve incidents while meeting SLA targets.
• Monitor application performance, analyse logs, APIs and database records using SQL and SOQL.
• Create and maintain test plans, regression suites and automated scripts (Selenium, TestNG).
• Support data fixes, production releases, change management and CAB activities.
• Develop technical documentation, support guides and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors and technical teams in Agile ceremonies.
• Drive automation and quality‑assurance initiatives to improve support processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of software application support experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Loan Origination or Loan Management systems.
• Proven ability to work independently and within Agile teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a customer‑focused mindset.
