Team Leader – Production

About the role

We are a well‑established manufacturing company seeking an experienced Team Leader to drive productivity, quality, and continuous improvement within our production department. The role involves hands‑on leadership of production teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production teams to ensure efficient workflow and high‑quality output.
• Achieve daily production schedules and productivity targets.
• Monitor and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards and procedures.
• Identify bottlenecks and apply corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain SOPs, 5S standards, and workplace safety compliance.
• Handle staff matters such as leave planning, attendance, and team support.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth production flow.

Required profile

• National Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Production Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership and people‑management experience.
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and productivity management.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts.
