Team Leader

About the role

Sigma is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to inspire and guide a group of advisors toward shared objectives. You will collaborate closely with operational teams, analyse performance trends, and use data‑driven storytelling to influence key decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members to build a high‑performance culture.
• Manage staffing, productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain continuous communication, provide feedback and motivate the team.
• Apply the "Always Improving Performance Framework" to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support employee development aspirations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day functions such as follow‑up activities and performance reporting.
