About the role

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Tax Manager to join its dedicated Tax Team. The role focuses on delivering tax compliance services to high‑net‑worth individuals, trusts and businesses, offering a client‑service oriented environment without the pressures of billable hours.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and sign tax returns for high‑net‑worth individuals, trusts and businesses.
• Create quarterly tax estimates and projections.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding tax return delivery and related matters.
• Conduct tax research and provide analysis for both tax and wealth‑management clients.
• Respond promptly to client tax questions, estimates, and projections.

Required profile

• Strong client‑service orientation with experience in individual and entity tax preparation and review.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced tax services environment.
• Professional, personable demeanor and a passion for helping high‑net‑worth clients.
