Tax & Accounting Specialist – Pretoria

About the role

We are seeking a Tax and Accounting Specialist to support a diverse portfolio of clients in Pretoria. The successful candidate will manage accounting, bookkeeping and tax preparation, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and tax preparation for multiple clients.
• Prepare, review and maintain financial statements and tax submissions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, statutory requirements and US tax regulations.
• Generate financial reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Reconcile accounts and manage general ledger entries in QuickBooks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver timely financial information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping and tax preparation.
• Strong knowledge of US tax laws and accounting standards.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
