Talent Sourcer (Recruiter) – Remote (UK Hours)

About the role

Belgravia Resourcing is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to join its fully remote team. Working UK business hours, you will play a key part in identifying and engaging high‑calibre candidates for a variety of client vacancies across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial outreach to assess fit, availability and interest.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal profiles.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM.
• Design innovative sourcing strategies to attract both passive and active talent.
• Perform market mapping and talent research within target industries.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely, professional communication.

Required profile

• Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruitment or candidate research within the UK.
• Comfortable conducting phone conversations with candidates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a suitable home office setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using job boards and candidate sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking candidate activity.
