About the role

This remote Talent Researcher position supports a fast‑paced, international hiring operation. You will proactively identify and engage top talent across global markets, focusing on senior and hard‑to‑fill roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates for senior and hard‑to‑fill positions using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional communities.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to inform strategic hiring.
• Apply Boolean, X‑Ray, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
• Create tailored outreach messages to improve response rates.
• Test and optimise sourcing strategies continuously.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal profiles.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition in an international context.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to craft personalised messages.
• English proficiency at B1+ level or higher.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
