Talent Partner – Remote Recruitment Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Partner at hyre, you will drive the end‑to‑end recruitment process for technical roles, building lasting relationships with candidates and clients. This remote position focuses on sourcing, assessing, and guiding top engineering talent across software, data, product, and engineering domains.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture targeted talent pools for software, data, product, and engineering positions.
• Conduct structured, insightful screening interviews that go beyond buzzwords.
• Guide candidates through preparation, feedback, offers, onboarding, and long‑term engagement.
• Translate each search into market insights for clients and internal teams.
• Maintain clear notes, pipelines, and processes to ensure visibility and accountability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in agency or in‑house recruitment.
• Genuine interest in technology and engineering.
• Confident, calm, and resilient communication across phone, video, and in‑person interactions.
• Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and modern ATS/CRM workflows.
• UAE recruitment experience is a plus.
