Talent Partner – Remote

About the role

Our client, a leading private healthcare organisation, is looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join its internal Talent Acquisition team. This full‑time, fully remote position focuses on building strong stakeholder relationships and managing end‑to‑end hiring for both clinical and corporate roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer stage.
• Source high‑quality candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals and proactive headhunting.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and present shortlists with recommendations.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to advise on recruitment strategies and market insights.
• Manage candidate pipelines using an ATS, coordinate interviews and keep accurate recruitment records.
• Promote a positive candidate experience and develop long‑term talent networks.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience within the healthcare industry.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills across multiple channels.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while handling multiple vacancies.
• Willingness to work UK business hours with flexibility for candidate engagement.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Greenhouse.
