Talent Management Manager

About the role

Le Uniq Imprint is seeking a Talent Management Manager to lead the design and execution of talent management strategies for both client organisations and internal initiatives. Based in Sandton, this full‑time, on‑site position will oversee performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent management frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct talent reviews, identify high‑potential employees, and create development pathways.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to advise on performance, succession, and engagement initiatives.
• Analyse workforce data, generate insights, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure consistent application of talent policies.
• Support continuous improvement of talent processes and employee relations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in a talent management or HR leadership role, preferably within professional services or agency environments.
• Strong HR management and employee‑relations expertise, with the ability to advise leaders on people practices.
• Demonstrated ability to design performance‑management and employee‑engagement frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong organisational and project‑management capabilities with attention to detail.
