Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global technology leader on a fully remote basis. In this full‑time position you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and support end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of open roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding activities and new‑hire documentation.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent‑acquisition best practices.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage pipelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
