Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our client’s hiring needs. Working remotely, you will partner with hiring managers to source, assess and place qualified candidates across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Track candidate progress in the recruitment system and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding processes and new‑hire documentation for successful candidates.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems to manage pipelines.
