Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its internal recruitment team. This hands‑on, end‑to‑end recruitment role requires managing multiple vacancies independently and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and set recruitment timelines.
• Advertise vacancies and handle high volumes of applications.
• Conduct proactive sourcing, headhunting and market mapping to identify passive candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialist and professional roles.
• Screen, shortlist and assess candidates, coordinating interviews and assessments.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
• Utilise ATS/e‑recruitment systems effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, HR Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of full recruitment lifecycle experience, including high‑volume hiring.
• Proven headhunting, direct sourcing and market‑mapping capabilities.
• Experience recruiting professional and specialist roles, preferably in finance or related sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior management.
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities with strong attention to detail.
