Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for our growing team. Working US EST hours, you will operate remotely and play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and placing high‑quality candidates who fit both the technical and cultural needs of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to successful placement.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases and Boolean search.
• Headhunt both active and passive talent and conduct initial screening calls and structured interviews.
• Evaluate candidates for experience, skills, professionalism and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, maintain candidate communication, and support offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure accurate candidate data in recruitment systems and provide regular pipeline updates to hiring managers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in agency, staffing or high‑volume environments.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, take ownership of hiring targets and deliver results without constant supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
