Talent Acquisition & People Operations Partner

About the role

Join a premium private dental group as a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Partner, responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding across clinical and non‑clinical teams. You will work remotely from South Africa while supporting a UK‑based organisation operating multiple dental practices.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals and direct headhunting.
• Screen applicants for role requirements and cultural fit, conduct initial interviews and assessments.
• Manage candidate pipelines using the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System.
• Collaborate with practice managers, clinical leads and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Provide shortlists, coordinate interviews and maintain excellent candidate communication.
• Produce recruitment reports, KPI updates and present pipeline data to senior leadership.
• Support onboarding administration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within healthcare or professional services.
• Strong judgement, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Comfort working across UK working hours with flexibility for evening or weekend calls.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from R28,000 to R45,000 per month.
