Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote – South Africa)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our clients. This fully remote position is based in South Africa, preferably Johannesburg, and requires strong stakeholder management and market insight to drive hiring success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead role briefings, apply best‑practice sourcing strategies, and provide market intelligence updates.
• Manage offer processes, understand candidate motivators, and prepare candidates for potential counter‑offers.
• Prepare hiring managers and candidates for interviews, gather immediate feedback, and keep candidates engaged.
• Collaborate with centers of excellence to adopt and continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Set and monitor SLAs with hiring managers, present candidates in review meetings, and maintain process discipline.
• Handle objections using the ACT technique (Acknowledge, Clarify, Trial close) and build confidence with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate data, interpret talent insights, and report on partnership performance metrics.
• Monitor industry developments, foster a feedback culture, and recommend improvements for growth.
• Build relationships with stakeholders through in‑person meetings, active listening, and adaptable communication.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to quickly build relationships.
• Adaptable interpersonal style to work with diverse personality types.
• Excellent recruitment fundamentals and ability to manage roles from start to finish.
• Highly organized, tech‑savvy, and diligent in maintaining ATS and related documentation.
• Ability to learn new industries quickly and develop talent intelligence insights.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
