Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Multilingual (French/Italian/German/Spanish)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Talent Acquisition Hub supporting hotels across 56 countries. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment flow for hourly and non‑management positions, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Post and monitor vacancies in the company recruitment system.
• Review applications, assess scores and create shortlists.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate status updates in the ATS and manage all applicant communications.
• Arrange reference and background checks and finalize hires in the system.

Required profile

• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and at least one of Spanish, German, French or Italian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate about service excellence and continuous process improvement.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar recruitment platform.
