Talent Acquisition Coordinator – ABA Therapy (Remote, EST)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to drive high‑volume recruitment of ABA Therapists for a US‑based healthcare client. Working remotely from South Africa, you will ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to support therapy services for children with autism and other neurodiverse diagnoses.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and onboard approximately 10 ABA Therapist hires per week, reviewing 50+ resumes.
• Conduct high‑volume outreach primarily via Indeed, with LinkedIn as a secondary channel.
• Identify candidates from education, psychology, childcare and related fields, assessing potential for the client’s 40‑hour training programme.
• Maintain real‑time notes and manage a fast‑moving candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with the client’s operations team to align recruitment with service delivery needs.
• Adhere to scheduled working hours (Mon‑Fri, 9 AM‑6 PM EST) and observe both South African and US public holidays.

Required profile

• Strong phone‑based communication and proactive outreach abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle a large candidate volume.
• Ability to evaluate candidate potential beyond formal ABA experience.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps fibre) and power backup to manage load‑shedding.
