Talent Acquisition Coordinator – ABA Therapy (Remote, EST)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a US‑based client in the Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) sector. The role is fully remote, operating on EST hours, and focuses on high‑volume recruitment of ABA therapists (RBTs) to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source and outreach candidates primarily via Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Screen, assess, and onboard approximately 10 ABA therapist hires per week.
• Review 50+ resumes daily, identifying potential talent from education, psychology, childcare and related fields.
• Maintain real‑time notes and manage a fast‑moving candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate candidates into the client’s 40‑hour training programme when appropriate.
• Adhere to Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm EST schedule and work on both South African and US public holidays.

Required profile

• Strong phone‑based communication and proactive outreach skills.
• Ability to handle high‑volume recruitment with speed and accuracy.
• Reliable fixed‑fibre internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and power backup solution.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing own schedule.
